AirDog Heavy Duty Diesel Fuel Systems by PureFlow Technologies, Inc. offers the Champ II Spin-On High-Pressure Air Separation System, engineered to remove entrained air and vapor from diesel fuel before the fuel enters the injection system in Volvo and Mack engines. The Champ II installs quickly and easily to the OE Volvo/Mack secondary filter head using an OE filter, and removes air/vapor from the fuel system, then sends it back to the fuel tank with the engine fuel return. The result is a cleaner burn of fuel, providing improved fuel economy, smoother engine idle, improved throttle response, more power available throughout the rpm range, reduced NOx emissions, and prolonged life of fuel injectors.
