Fragramatics releases EZEE MIST Sanitizer Machine

Nov. 9, 2020
EZEE MIST is housed in a stainless-steel cabinet with a 13’ standard wire braid delivery hose.

Fragramatics’ EZEE MIST Sanitizer Machine delivers EPA-registered liquid disinfectants to any vehicle and kills COVID-19, influenza, and hundreds of other viruses and bacteria, the company says. The ruggedized EZEE MIST Sanitizer Machine accurately measures and sprays disinfectant quickly, economically, and with precision.

Using the EZEE MIST Sanitizer Machine, a typical passenger vehicle can be sanitized in one minute while larger commercial trucks or vans typically take two minutes or less. If more time is needed, the EZEE MIST Sanitizer Machine user can simply reactivate the unit using a push-button to initiate a repeat cycle. Sanitizer is only dispensed when the trigger on the dispenser handle is depressed, preventing wasted product.

Liquid disinfectant/sanitizer is accurately measured by a peristaltic pump, the same type of pumps used in hospitals to deliver patient IV treatments. Peristaltic pumps have a reputation for accuracy and reliability, the company says.

Fragramatics’ patent pending nozzle paired with its proprietary atomizer design allows the EZEE MIST Sanitizer Machine to deliver a 4’ – 5’ spray plume of mist that will kill the targeted viruses and bacteria, but will not over-saturate surfaces. The properly sized delivery system components ensure that accurate levels of sanitizer are delivered. A standard unit sprays 30 ml (approximately one ounce) per minute.

EZEE MIST is housed in a stainless-steel cabinet with a 13’ standard wire braid delivery hose. An 18’ hose option is also available. The wire braid hose is attached to the EZEE MIST Sanitizer Machine via a proprietary 180-degree swivel which allows for ease of use and improved hose life. A trigger incorporated into the ABS molded handle allows users to easily start and stop the flow of disinfectant, reducing potential waste. The EZEE MIST Sanitizer Machine can be wall mounted or installed on an optional pedestal.
