Sandeep brings mission critical corporate strategy expertise and extensive global commercial vehicle technology and market experience to Noregon.

Benjamin Brown is Vice President, Key Account Management, and Head of Trailer OEM & Digital Sales for Commercial Vehicle Solutions, North America, ZF Group. He is responsible for ZF's digital connected services portfolio in addition to managing the trailer OEM key account team. He is accountable for P&L for trailer components, DCS hardware and SaaS. Additionally, Ben directly manages all dedicated ZF trailer and digital sales and customer service team members in North America. He is the primary commercial contact for ZF partnership discussions within the trailer and DCS business units in North America.

Paul Sniegocki is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President for Clarience Technologies. Sniegocki has spent 32 years with the company and has 38 years of experience working in new product development in various capacities servicing transportation, industrial, and consumer industries. As CTO, Sniegocki is responsible for advanced technology research and development servicing Clarience business units as well as leading efforts of internal and external technology sharing and collaboration.
