The graphic, which appears on both sides of the trailer, conveys a strong message.

Showing pride in your people

Jan. 27, 2014
How one company “shows off” its people.

A while back, I wrote a blog about spotting a rig that had graphics on its trailer showing the importance of its driver. At the time, I didn’t have a camera with me.

On a recent road trip to North Carolina I came across another one of these trailers. This time I had a camera with me.

The accompanying photos show what Shaffer Trucking thinks about its driver.

Are you “showing” others the importance of your work force? How?
