According to a survey by Insure.com, an independent consumer insurance information website, the most common non-driving behaviors, in order, are: • Talking on a cellphone while driving – 47 percent. • Tailgating – 37 percent. • Not signaling turns – 35 percent. • Weaving in and out of lanes – 28 percent. • Driving too fast, like every road is a highway – 26 percent. Based on the survey of 2,000 licensed drivers nationwide, these are the states with the rudest states: 1. Idaho 2. Washington, DC 3. New York 4. Wyoming 5. Massachusetts 6. Delaware (tie) 7.
