The new building encompasses 16 shop bays, a hydraulic shop, and a driveline shop within its 50,000 sq. ft.

Total Truck Parts recently completed its new 50,000 sq.-ft. parts and service facility located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The facility will host a grand opening on July 19 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

The new building features 16 full shop bays, a full hydraulic shop to rebuild cylinders and pumps, a driveline shop. Additionally, the building features a 5,000-sq.-ft. showroom and 26,000 sq.-ft. of parts storage, with the capability to stock $1,000,000 in parts.

“The expanded storage space will enable us to also introduce some storage and redistribution capability to the other five branches,” said Total Truck Parts President Marc Karon.

Beyond their current additions to handle their expanding shop services, the company is looking to add full alignment capability, DPF cleaning, and fabrication services to the facility as well. Meanwhile, employee features at the new building include a bicycle rack, special water fountains, and over 100 trees.

“This new facility represents a 300% increase in capacity needed to serve the growing treasure coast market in Florida,” Karon stated. And to meet increasing environmental challenges, “This new facility, as with all our company owned facilities, was built to the highest hurricane standards available and with a backup power solution in the event of a significant hurricane.”
