The Xantrex Technology Freedom HF is a small and light inverter/charger for trucking applications. The product is available in three sizes: 1000W/20A, 1000W/ 55A and 1800W/40A. A quick-connect AC terminal block on both AC input and output enable quick installation, and a built-in automatic transfer switch utilizes available AC shore power at truck stops to charge truck batteries. Powering challenging hotel loads such as microwave ovens, TVs, DVD players, small appliances and other electronic equipment, the Freedom HF proves that big power can come in a small, lightweight package. All models have GFCI on the unit and can be hardwired.
