Walmec’s .01 Micron SuperStar Filter is a four-stage compressed-air filtration system designed to remove moisture, liquids, dust, rust, scale and other contaminants, as well as vapors, down to .01 micron. The first two stages filter contaminants to 5 microns and include an automatic float drain that expels collected liquids without continuous air loss. The third and fourth stages remove remaining particles and absorb vapors. Available in 50, 75 and 100 SCFM configurations, the filter handles pressures up to 250 psi and includes a differential pressure gauge and mounting brackets. Service kits can be installed without removing the filter from the air system.
