Ford Pro names Alicia Boler Davis as new president
Davis was born in Detroit and her father and grandfather both worked at Ford over the years.
“Alicia’s unique skillset and experiences make her the ideal leader to guide Ford Pro into the next era – accelerating our move into software and services and growing Ford Pro’s already strong profitability,” said Jim Farley, Ford president and CEO. “She combines deep automotive and technology knowledge with an entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed mindset. Importantly, she builds high-performance teams and fosters a culture of innovation, speed and smart risk-taking.”
Davis most recently served as CEO of Alto Pharmacy, which was acquired by Fuze Health in March 2025. Prior to that, she held several senior roles at Amazon, starting as vice president of global customer fulfillment before she was promoted to senior vice president in 2022.
Before working at Amazon, Davis worked at General Motors for 25 years, working her way up from a manufacturing engineer role to various leadership roles in manufacturing, quality, and connected customer experience. Her last post at the company was EVP of global manufacturing and labor relations, where she reported to GM’s CEO.
Currently, Davis serves on the board of directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
