Weather Guard adds new models to Custom Van Configurator

The online custom upfitting tool now supports ten van models.

Weather Guard announced the addition of new models to their Custom Van Configurator. The interactive, online tool allows users to visually build custom van upfits for ten van models, using storage modules, bulkheads, and other organizational accessories.

The Weather Guard Custom Van Configurator is a convenient online tool that provides customizable options for commercial van configurations. Because the standard upfitting process can be difficult to navigate, this digital tool helps users visually and interactively place storage modules and accessories in a three-dimensional model of their cargo van. Built for contractors and tradesmen, this tool helps professionals customize their vans based on specific application needs.

The ten models now supported include:

  • Ford Transit
  • Ford Transit Connect
  • Chevy Express
  • GMC Savana
  • Nissan NV
  • Nissan NV 200
  • Ram Promaster
  • Ram Promaster City
  • Mercedes Sprinter
  • Mercedes Metris

Once users build their customized van package, they can take the printable drawing and equipment list to a local distributor for a quote. There are more than 400 certified van installers in the U.S. and Canada.
