The Textured Rubber Tow Guard from Luverne Truck Equipment is a protective trailer hitch attachment that mounts at the rear of the vehicle and shields a trailer in tow against mud, stones and other road debris. Featuring a universal design, a simple use-as-needed installation and a U.S.A-made construction, it offers full protection for the trailer by creating a barrier at the rear of the tow vehicle. Spanning the full width of the vehicle, it easily deflects road debris that are kicked up by the vehicle's tires. Powdercoated steel and 3/8” thick rubber flaps provide a shield to protect the trailer against nicks, scratches and other unsightly damage. The Textured Rubber Tow Guard is available in a universal width of 72" to fit most full-size pickups and SUVs. It also comes in two flap length options, including 15" and 20", and can be trimmed for a custom fit. Models are available to fit 2, 2-1/2" or 3” receiver tubes.
