Located in Chino, CA., Digitool Solutions manufactures and designs electronic torque wrenches and torque angle meters; as well as calibration equipment for mechanical click-wrenches, screwdrivers and electronic torque wrenches. Using the most cutting-edge technology, we have designed and customized our circuitry to save space on the PCB board as well as cut down on power consumption.

Digitool Solutions products will become the primary tool used in the military, aerospace, power generation, marine, industrial, automotive and commercial sectors. At less than 1 lb. for the 100 ft-lb model and 2.5 lbs. for the 2,000 ft-lbs. model, our Electronic Torque Wrenches are more lightweight than modern mechanical click-wrenches. Our other light weight tools include portable Electronic Torque & Angle meter and a self-contained portable Electronic Tester.

Digitool Solutions provides a full line of digitally controlled torque systems with tooling, specifications and units to fit your needs. Our torque range spans from 1 in-lbs to 2,000 ft-lbs and everything in-between, and has accuracy of ±1% for torque meters and torque wrenches, ± 0.5% for torque testers and ± 0.25% for torque analyzers. Our products also provide measurement data in ft-lbs, in-lbs, N-m, m-kg, and custom units. Our complete product line is interchangeable with a variety of ratchet heads and possess software interfacing capabilities. Digitool Solutions also provides a complete line of innovative precision calibration systems and torque measuring devices as well as custom ergonomic tooling, fixtures and adapters. In addition to our product line, Digitool Solutions designs, develops and manufactures products to custom fit or retro-fit per our customer’s specific needs.
