JPRO update adds interactive wiring diagrams, more engine, transmission support
More stories on Noregon:
Noregon Systems has released its latest JPRO software update, the JPRO 2025 v1. In the new version, the company added interactive wiring diagrams and updated coverage for heavy-duty and medium-duty vehicles.
The new, interactive wiring diagrams allow technicians to trace and isolate wires, sensors, and relays for easier troubleshooting. Technicians can search within a diagram, or click one or more wires and scroll to follow them. Then they can click the wire again to deselect a particular component or hit the ‘Rest’ button. Additionally, the standard, full-color wiring diagrams are still available under ‘Fault Guidance.’
Additionally, the company added bidirectional support for Detroit Diesel and Paccar engines, and added over a dozen new tests for medium-duty GM engines. More specifically, the bidirectional support for Detroit Diesel engines includes Injector Codes on CPC501T with MCM21T, a Request Driving Regen Test on CPC501T with ACM301T and MCM21T, SCR Replacement Tests on any supported CPC with ACM301, and Soot Sensors supported on any CPC with ACM301T and MCM21T. Bidirectional Detroit Diesel transmission support now includes TMC Global Status supported on DT12 TCM01T and TCM05T transissions.
Meanwhile, JPRO now supports bidirectional testing for Paccar engines, specifically for Injector Calibration Tests supported on GHG21 for all MX engines.
Finally, the system now includes bidirectional support for GM engines, specifically for the CMP Actuator (CAM Phaser), the Crankshaft Position Variation Learn Test, and Engine Speed Control, among others. All of these tests apply to certain model years for trucks.
