With nearly 40 years as a distributor of mobile lifts SLEC has just reached the 2nd anniversary as a lift manufacturer.
“The past two years have been very rewarding as we implemented a plan which had been many years in the making," Allister Collings, president of SLEC, Inc. said. "The SLEC brand has now been introduced and is fully trademark protected. Our lifts are available in standard capacities of 12,000 lbs and 18,000 lbs capacities (per column) and we are also have the ability to undertake special projects having just completed a 44,000 lbs lift for the National Guard and an extended fork option for engaging super single tires for a municipality. Our customers have remained loyal to us through this transition something we are very grateful of."
SLEC lifts use a self locking ACME threaded screw and lift operations are achieved via a touch screen control pad. The control pad communicates all lift operations and status to the operator making it extremely user friendly, according to SLEC.
All lifts are backed up by a nationwide network of field based service technicians who are full time employees of SLEC and are specialists in their field.
