The bottom tray can be used for heavier items while the bins can be used for quick access items such as fasteners, wire-leads or other items that the user does not want to take up tool storage space. The cart includes a lockable tool storage space that allows the user to keep the top parallel with the floor when opening it, preventing tools from falling off.
