Damage Guard protective tape material, from Access Tools, is designed to ensure a damage-free opening on any vehicle, says the company. It has a high tack adhesive that prevents residue from being left behind. Damage Guard is a 5mil thick tape that puts a barrier between the unlocking tool and the vehicle. Each roll is 2" wide and 100' long with perforations every 6", which provides for approximately 200 lockouts per roll.
