The Polyvance Nitro Fuzer Welding System, No. 6059-C, comes with everything needed to perform fast, strong plastic repairs on virtually any type of plastic. Welding with nitrogen gas creates the strong welds because it eliminates oxidation of the plastic during the welding process. The welder features a holster switch that provides automatic air to nitrogen switching - remove the torch from the holster to use nitrogen and replace the torch into the holster for air. An analog flow gauge and element protection circuitry are included in addition to precision flow regulators on both the air and nitrogen sides. The system includes a U.S.A.-made welding cart with built-in holders for heating elements and tools.
