Whether the solution is mentorship programs or elevated training, or something yet to be seen, it is sure that once a technician enters the shop a fleet should do what they can to retain them. Why not try something simple by offering new techs a welcome gift—a curation of personal gear and supplies to let them hit the ground running and be ready (and comfortable) for the jobs ahead. In this gallery are featured items from Coast Products, Harbor Freight, Klein Tools, Eppco Enterprises, and RSC Chemical Solutions to give you an idea of what you can offer your new technicians.
