Horizon Tool acquires King Tony America

Horizon Tool, Inc., has announced the acquisition of the assets of air tool manufacturer King Tony America, and will become the exclusive distributor of the KT Pro Hand Tool and M7 Air Tool products for North America and Canada.

For more than 50 years, Horizon Tool, Inc. has provided technical and productivity solutions under the brand names of Cal-Van Tools and AllStart. According to company sources, "The addition of two more professional brands will allow Horizon to offer more innovations and drive greater profit opportunities for existing and new customers.  The professional quality and long history of the King Tony brands fits perfectly with our mission to provide innovative and time saving solutions to our customers."
