Legacy Manufacturing Company is bringing together more than 30 years of grease gun experience and their recognizable ZillaGreen hose to introduce the Flexzilla 20 Volt Cordless Grease Gun Kit.

This new tool features a 42" Flexzilla grease hose with a non-kink bend restrictor and four-jaw coupler. Because it’s made with a hybrid material, the hose stays flexible in temperatures from subzero to 140 degrees F.

“Flexzilla has set the standard for high-quality air and water hoses,” said Matt Weems, V.P. Legacy Manufacturing. “Our new grease gun and hose continue that product experience Flexzilla is known for.”

Legacy Manufacturing director of product development, Marco Laubach, explained that Flexzilla grease guns also have a patented Rapid Reload feature that makes it faster and easier to switch grease cartridges.

“Users simply press a button to release the cartridge and slide it out to reload,” Laubach said. “The barrel’s threadless design and guided channel let operators load grease cartridges quickly and easily, with no crossed threads and less mess.”

“Our engineers thought of everything when they developed this cordless grease gun kit,” Weems said. “From the ease of loading cartridges, to the way all the accessories fit in the carrying case, this grease gun is built to get work done.”

Non-slip pads on the base and sides of the tool allow secure operation at any orientation. Plus, the Flexzilla Cordless Grease Gun has a hose dock built into both sides so it can be operated with either hand. A built-in LED work light illuminates grease "zerks" in dark areas.

The kit includes two heavy-duty 20 Volt MAX lithium-ion batteries and a 1-hour quick charger. A unique battery-park feature prevents accidental discharge of grease in transit and saves battery life.
