The EXAIR Peek 3/8 NPT Super Air Nozzle, No. 1104, has been designed to easily replace existing wasteful nozzles or open pipes, and is suitable for blowoff, cooling and drying applications. The protective, aerodynamic slots guide the airflow to a single point of convergence for a 1.9-lb blowing force and 82 dBA sound level, meeting OSHA noise requirements. The Peek plastic construction provides non-marring protection to production items and resistance to damage from harsh chemicals. It operates in temperatures up to 320-degrees F. This nozzle is available in type 316 stainless steel and zinc aluminum alloy.
