Grote names Andrew Grose new VP of smart trailer division

As head of Grote Networks, Grose will oversee both the light-out detection business Guardian and the 4SEE solution.

Grote Industries hired Andrew Grose to join their executive team as VP of Grote Networks. In his new role, Grose will lead the 4SEE smart trailer solution and Guardian businesses as part of Grote.

“Andrew is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in engineering, business strategy, and operations,” said Dominic Grote, CEO of Grote. “This positions him well to use his blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive our organizational growth and innovation."

Prior to joining Grote, Grose served with Whirlpool Corporation for 14 years. His most recent position was COO and general manager of Yummly, a Whirlpool subsidiary. During his time with the company, he spearheaded various projects in product development, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, sales strategy, and operations. Prior to this, Grose also worked at Nissan Automotive for five years in various engineering roles for passenger vehicles.

Additionally, Grose holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master’s degree in business administration from Wayne State University.
