HD Repair Forum to tackle economic uncertainty in collision, HD repair

The collision-focused event will discuss political and social narratives alongside the economic realities of the collision and heavy-duty repair industry.
The 2025 HD Repair Forum, this year to be held in Frisco, Texas April 2-3, will feature a keynote discussing the political and economic challenges facing the collision repair industry.
Dr. Christopher Thornberg of Beacon Economics will present the keynote speech, entitled “Political Narratives & Economic Realities – The U.S. Outlook with a Focus on the Heavy-Duty Collision Repair Industry.” The speech will discuss the divide between social narratives and economic realities with an emphasis on collision repair and heavy-duty trucks and fleets. Additionally, it will examine the forces shaping the overall sector and discuss the potential impacts of the current economic landscape.
Beyond HD Repair Forum’s keynote speaker, the two-day event will also feature several main stage presentations as well as educational sessions. The educational sessions will cover topics such as frame and cab repair, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), estimating, adhesive repair, business strategies to drive efficiency, profitability, and more.
