Work Truck Week sets 2026 schedule
More than a traditional trade show, Work Truck Week 2026 will combine a full exhibit hall with three days of education focused on the technologies, regulations, and management challenges shaping today’s commercial vehicle industry.
These sessions will include everything from entry-level courses like Work Trucks 101 and Introduction to Towing and Trailer Dynamics to advanced discussions on ADAS implementation, fleet carbon accounting, and AI. The program is designed to help both new and seasoned fleet professionals strengthen their operations and prepare for what’s next.
Work Truck Week will run March 10–13, 2026, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The event includes The Work Truck Show, Green Truck Summit, NTEA Annual Meeting and keynote sessions, Ride & Drive, and the educational program. The 2026 educational program is organized into eight tracks:

- Workforce Development.
Sessions range from in-depth special sessions to shorter breakout formats.

Most breakout sessions run 75 minutes, and all Work Truck Week (WTW) and Green Truck Summit (GTS) Conference Package registrants have access to WTW Breakout Sessions March 10–12. Some highlights include:
