Executive coach helps automotive aftermarket businesses accelerate growth

With 23 years of experience as an executive in the automotive aftermarket, Erika Alessandrini, executive coach in Carleton, Mich., knows what it takes to drive change and fuel bottom line growth in the industry. 

Alessandrini recently earned the designation of conversational intelligence (C-IQ) certified coach. Alessandrini is one of 252 coaches world-wide who have earned C-IQ certified coach in the inaugural program.
