Automotive Parts Associates (APA) has awarded five scholarships for the 2018-19 academic year to the children or employees of APA shareholders.

The following individuals have each been awarded a $1,000 scholarship: Diana Davis of Clawson, Michigan; Neena Hernandez of Sylmar, California; Joy LaCava of Somerset, Massachusetts; Alex Renzetti of Chicago Heights, Illinois; and Grace Ziemer of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

The APA scholarships, administered by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation (UAF), were awarded to students who will be attending, or will attend, a two or four-year accredited college; an ASE/NATEF certified post-secondary automotive, heavy duty or collision technician training program; or any licensed and accredited vocational school. In addition, once a student applied for an APA scholarship, the applicant was also considered for UAF and other scholarships available through the Automotive Aftermarket Scholarships Central website at www.AutomotiveScholarships.com.
