Fleetworthy has acquired Haul, a provider of AI-powered compliance and safety automation technology. This gives Fleetworthy access to Haul’s platform, which can automate document audits, offer intelligent driver onboarding and score carding, and provide real-time compliance monitoring.

In the meantime, Haul’s customer base will continue to use its platform, which is now backed by Fleetworthy’s support infrastructure and compliance solutions. Haul’s co-founders, Tim Henry and Toan Nguyen, will join FLeetworthy’s leadership team to support company strategy and product innovation.
