Fleetio offers free subscription for a nonprofit with Jump Start Initiative
Through the Jump Start Initiative, one nonprofit will be able to view service histories and parts availability across its fleet and report vehicle issues for free.
Fleetio’s Jump Start Initiative is back for its second year, where it will provide one nonprofit with a free five-year subscription to its Essential Plan (which covers up to 100 vehicles).
“Every nonprofit deserves to run a safe and reliable fleet, regardless of size or resources,” said Jessica Underbrink, Fleetio’s vice president of Customer Experience. “Too often, maintenance challenges make it more difficult to meet the day’s demands, let alone plan for the next. The Jump Start Initiative helps change that, providing a deserving nonprofit organization with the tools and support to stay focused on their mission, not their maintenance backlog.”
Last year’s recipient, Shake-A-Leg Miami, leverages its subscription monitor maintenance on the boats it uses to provide accessible water sports to those with disabilities and at-risk youth.
This year’s nominations for the 2025 Jump Start Initiative are open from Aug. 19 to Sept. 30. The selected nonprofit will be announced on Giving Tuesday, December 2. Only active Fleetio customers can nominate a nonprofit, and the charitable organization must rely on vehicles or equipment to carry out its daily work. The organization must also demonstrate a measurable impact in its communities.
