DRiV launches Installer’s Advantage program to address repair challenges

The new program highlights more than 5,000 aftermarket parts designed to simplify repairs, reduce installation time, and address common frustrations in the service bay.

Installer’s Advantage is a new DRiV program aimed at making repairs faster and reducing repeat work by highlighting parts engineered to solve common technician pain points. The platform identifies more than 5,000 products across the company's aftermarket portfolio that incorporate design features intended to improve serviceability and durability.

Built around feedback gathered from repair shops and technicians, DRiV uses insights collected through thousands of annual shop visits by its technical product specialists to keep the tool up to date. The company said the program is designed to help technicians quickly identify products that offer installation or performance benefits beyond standard replacement parts.

Products designated under the Installer’s Advantage program are engineered to address specific service-bay challenges, including reducing installation time, eliminating unnecessary repair steps, correcting known OE design shortcomings, and improving component longevity. Other products are intended to help resolve recurring customer complaints that can lead to comebacks and additional shop labor.

The platform is organized at the application level, allowing technicians to identify design enhancements relevant to specific repairs. According to DRiV, the highlighted products focus on practical improvements that can simplify installations, reduce rework, and improve long-term reliability.
