The August 2026 update for Ford Pro fleet management software adds new tools for maintenance, repair orders, inspections, and fleet operations. Maintenance updates include a Fleet Map that combines vehicle, vendor, and shop information; simplified repair order approvals; integrated card payments through the Maintenance Shop Network; and inspection forms that connect directly to service tasks and work orders. Work orders also now include fields for complaints, causes, and corrections to help document repairs and warranty submissions. Other updates include Google Maps integration, expanded dashcam controls, vehicle alarm and horn controls, and a Motor Pool feature for shared vehicle reservations. Ford Pro AI also adds CSV data exports and response-copying capabilities.
