Noregon's latest offering, the ShopPulse shop management software, consolidates and streamlines everything from work orders and invoicing to customer relations and inventory.

"ShopPulse is designed by technicians, for technicians," said Dr. Jessica O'Sullivan, VP of product management, to Fleet Maintenance at the TMC 2025 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition in Nashville. "It's an out-of-the-box solution that allows shop owners and their technicians to seamlessly transition from pen and paper to an automated system. It completely digitizes the entire shop flow."

ShopPulse is unique in that it is able to be integrated with their JPRO diagnostic software. This allows for diagnostic data, such as a list of faults, to be pulled into the work order along with details like vehicle make/model, VIN, and more. This cuts down on time spent typing in fault info and keeps records accurate.
