Fullbay, a heavy-duty shop management platform, has launched the survey for its fifth annual State of Heavy-Duty Repair report. The project covers inventory management, mobile repairs, finances, industry trends, services offered, technician benchmarks for efficiency, hourly wages, and more.

The results will be presented at the 2025 TMC Annual Meeting in Nashville.

“Each year, our industry partners and community rely on us to develop and distribute our insights through our Heavy-Duty Repair Report to help them run their businesses more effectively,” said Patrick McKittrick, CEO of Fullbay. “With the launch of our fifth-annual report survey, we’re able to do that. I’m greatly looking forward to compiling and sharing the trends and benchmarks for the coming year.”

The survey is fully confidential and designed to inform business operations and outline best practices from the previous year. Responses will then be analyzed and compiled into a report for shop owners and fleet managers, which will be free to download early 2025.

Respondents have until Oct. 3 to complete the survey, which they can do here. Respondents will also be entered into a drawing to win one of 15 $100 Amazon gift cards, and one person will be selected each weekday to win a limited-edition Fullbay swag box.
