Dec. 17, 2014

The University of the Aftermarket Foundation will award an additional $100,000 in scholarships in 2015, according to Tim Lee, chairman of the University of the Aftermarket Foundation. The increase will bring the total amount of scholarships awarded to $230,000.

“I am pleased to announce that the University of the Aftermarket Foundation will fund an extra 100 scholarships in the coming year,” said Lee. “The auto care industry has really embraced the need to raise more funds to educate and train the next generation of leaders. On behalf of the foundation’s board of trustees, I want to thank the hundreds of individuals and industry organizations for their generosity.

“I encourage those considering year end donations to think of the University of the Aftermarket Foundation. Your contribution will change lives, helping hundreds of deserving students each year who are faced with the rising cost of ‘affordable’ education. They cannot bear those costs unaided, so please join us today."
