AYES announces officers for 2016

Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) announced the officers for its 2016 Board of Directors.

Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) announced the officers for its 2016 Board of Directors. Charles Klasman, Marketing & Communications Manager for the STEP Program, BMW, Woodcliff Lake, NJ will serve as Chair; Dave Zellers, Vice President, Service and Parts Support, Toyota, Torrance, Calif., will be Vice-Chair; and Mark Miller, Global Director, Dealer Service & Warranty Operations, General Motors, Warren, Mich., will serve as Treasurer.

“The talented and dedicated group of individuals serving on the AYES Board of Directors is one of our core strengths,” said Trish Serratore, AYES President. “With their guidance, AYES will continue to deliver the caliber of student /entry-level technicians that the service industry demands. Through their vision and work, AYES is well positioned for the future and expanding its reach across the entire automotive service industry.”

The AYES Board of Directors is also adding two new members to its ranks, Ted Hood, Director of Development, NAPA AutoCare, Atlanta, GA and Donna Schaar, Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition, CarMax, Richmond, Va.
