Delphi Product & Service Solutions (DPSS) announces the launch of its eLearning training program, an online training series designed to support counterpeople, technicians and DIYers. This free three-course training program provides expert advice and techniques on how to successfully sell, diagnose and install Delphi aftermarket parts.
Within each training course are five 5-7 minute classes with informative videos, infographics and interactive quizzes designed to engage the viewer and reinforce the lessons learned.
Training highlights:
Learn industry trends and product information from one of the top OE suppliers
Targeted classes allow users to choose based on their interests; different classes for counterpeople, technicians and DIYers
Learn new sales techniques, coverage information and features and benefits
The first course, focused on fuel, is available now on the Delphi Dream Shop website (http://www.delphidreamshop.com/e-learning.php). While on the site, customers can also enter for a chance to win Delphi prizes. The following two courses on MAF sensors and ignition coils will launch later this year.
