Program provides information and certification to automotive brake technicians

MAT Holdings, Inc. announced the launch of the Bendix Brakes brand training program, providing technical education to automotive brake technicians and building a community of experts for consumers to trust.

The new Bendix training program includes study materials such as slideshows, PDFs and digital brake product catalogs, providing valuable information about brake installation and brake system troubleshooting. Technicians taking part in the program then have the opportunity to take an exam based on the study materials. Participants who pass the exam will receive a certificate from the program naming them as a certified Bendix brand automotive brake technician.

“By taking part in this training and certification program, technicians will be able to build their knowledge, credibility, and trust from consumers, thereby allowing them to attract and retain customers,” said Dennis Grau, National Sales Director at MAT Holdings. “Additionally, consumers can be confident that technicians who are certified by the Bendix brand have been deemed to be knowledgeable by one of the most trusted automotive brake brands on the market.”
