The Automotive Maintenance and Repair Association (AMRA) announced their 2020 Winter MAP Technical Conference will be held on January 14 - 15 in Orlando, Florida. Registration is currently open for members, which can be accessed through the calendar page on AMRA.org. The MAP Technical Conferences are a part of the association’s Motorist Assurance Program (MAP) and are held three times a year. This year’s winter meeting has a variety of topics that affect the automotive aftermarket and those who service the motorist. Some of the topics include service readiness, A/C parts, equipment, and servicing, as well as part failure rates and trends. Industry experts will be giving presentations for each of the topics which are used to inform the committee and the audience of any recent changes.

“The Technical Conferences continues to be a staple for us and our members. With presentations and discussions that focus on how we improve the customer experience, the meeting is a great fit for anyone in the industry. We have been building quite the momentum these past few years and we are relentlessly finding new ways to add value for all the participants,” said Jeff Cox, president, AMRA.

Along with the technical presentations, the event includes an engaging networking reception and dinner bringing industry professionals from both service providers and non-service providers together to foster relationships and serve as a pipeline for collaboration.
