ASE to host free webinar on HD collision repair

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on Friday, May 21 at 4 PM ET entitled “Collision Repair for Commercial HD Vehicles.”

Although a truck operates in a similar way as an automobile, the truck’s size often requires larger repair equipment and larger repair space. During this session, John Spoto with 3M will show the similarities and differences on how an HD truck is repaired.

For those who are not sure they can attend, ASE encourages them to register so they receive a follow-up email with details on how to attend a recorded session, if available. After registering, a confirmation email will be sent containing information about joining the webinar.

Spoto recently spoke during the American Trucking Association’s Technology & Maintenance Council 2021 Spring Meeting, in which a virtual discussion session was held with the S.17 Collision & Corrosion Control study group covering the latest concerns fleets face with collision repair.
