Noregon, a provider of diagnostic and repair software, added 13 new enrollments in its education program. Noregon’s Education Program is a free service for post high-school diesel programs that provides institutions and its students training resources, scholarships, and access to diagnostic and repair applications.
The following schools recently enrolled in the Education Program:
- Admiral Peary Area Vocational Technical School: Admiral Peary AVTS covers specialized maintenance for diesel technology. Instructors educate students on skills such as troubleshooting and repairs and offers various certifications, including ASE.
- Clark College: Clark College offers equipment training with diesel technology for entry-level positions.
- North Central Kansas Technical College: NCKTC covers communication and mathematical skills while training students on diagnostic equipment as well as understanding the OSHA and EPA regulations that impact diesel shops today.
- Rosedale Technical College: Rosedale Technical College’s diesel training allow students to test for a Class-A CDL license along with studying diesel mechanics.
- SUN Technical Area Institute: The SUN Technical Area Institute offers training for off-highway and on-highway diesel technology for transferable college credits.
The program allows students to have free licenses for JPRO Professional and NextStep Repair while they're with program, as well as demo licenses for Virtual Truck, access to the company's JPRO Certification course, discounts on diagnostic tools, scholarships, and graduation packages that include software and discounted hardware.
