WrenchWay, a company that connects technicians with shops and promotes the trade at large, is hosting its 4th annual TechMission virtual event on Nov. 8, 2023, from 9-3:30 p.m. CT.

The free event is meant to gather technicians, shop owners, managers, fixed ops directors, and HR professionals to promote and improve the careers of technicians and recruit more people to shops. This year, the theme is ““Treating Technicians Like an Asset, Not an Expense” and will feature several panels and discussions exploring how to improve the technician experience.
The event’s agenda will include the following:

- 1:00-2:00 p.m. CT: From Input to Impact: Turning Technician Feedback into Strategic Solutions
- 2:30-3:30 p.m. CT: Growing Your Own & Developing Young Talent
