Here I go again, and this time I mean it

Dec. 29, 2014
Time to make our New Year resolutions.

It is hard to believe another year is about done.

If you like the majority of people around the world, you’re probably ruminating on your resolutions for 2015, and I would bet that some of them would be to:

- Lose weight.

- Eat healthier

- Exercise more

- Get organized.

- Spend more time with family.

- Spend less time on Facebook.

- Spend less money and save more.

How long?

How good are you at keeping your New Year resolutions?

If you don’t keep them for any length of time, join the club.

According to the University of Scranton’s Journal of Clinical Psychology:

- 75 percent of people maintain resolutions through first week.

- 71 percent past two weeks.

- 64 percent one month.

- 46 percent six months.

Whatever

Whatever you’re resolutions are for 2015, good luck keeping them.

All the best wishes for a New Year filled with only good things, especially good health.
