Kolman’s Komments: Why not SWOT your organization

It’s a handy business tool.

Every once in a while, it’s a good idea to SWOT your shop.

This doesn’t involving spraying, or washing or cleaning. Rather, it involves performing an analysis looking for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT).

Such an evaluation can help you gain a completer understanding of any situation. What’s more, it will aid in business planning and decision-making.

It would be well worth your time to look into incorporating SWOT into your operation.
