The new platform features attachable photos and videos for work orders, a work-in-progress board, and analytics and reporting on productivity and profitability.
ALLDATA has launched a new shop management platform, ALLDATA Shop Manager Pro. The system integrates with ALLDATA Repairs parts, labor, repair information, factory procedures, and more.
“Building on the success of the ALLDATA basic Shop Manager platform, ALLDATA Shop Manager Pro was born from listening to our customers — shop owners and technicians who told us they needed more than just basic shop management tools,” said Satwinder Mangat, president of ALLDATA. “Our users asked for deeper integration, faster workflows, and better visibility, and we delivered with the only platform fully integrated with ALLDATA Repair, plus powerful new tools for automation, real-time tracking, and data-driven decision-making to help shops work smarter and grow faster.”
The platform allows users to attach photos and videos to repair orders, offers two-way texting for updates, work approvals, and repair documentation, and also provides automated parts lookup. And for service advisors, ALLDATA Shop Manager Pro features an automated parts and labor lookup, while managers can leverage a work-in-progress board with drag-and-drop status cards for better visibility. Additional reporting capabilities include real-time productivity and profitability monitors, as well as service and profit works that cover deferred work. Finally, the platform also includes a parts inventory manager.
