Mitchell 1 introduced its newest solution for the commercial trucking industry, the Manager SE Truck Edition, a shop management software for repair shops that service all makes of Class 4-8 trucks.

Manager SE Truck Edition leverages Mitchell 1’s 20-plus years of expertise in developing shop management solutions, and delivers a complete system to help medium and heavy truck repair businesses streamline repair processes, improve communication inside the shop, engage with customers, track performance and increase revenue per repair order.

Key features include: built-in business reporting, an interactive Work in Progress dashboard, customer engagement tools, appointment scheduling, plate-to-VIN decoding and automated data recovery.

Manager SE Truck Edition integrates seamlessly with Mitchell 1’s TruckSeries repair information, for the first time giving independent truck repair shops immediate access to repair information, trouble code diagnostic procedures, labor estimating and management tools on one platform.

“Until now, independent shops that service a variety of vehicle brands and models were lacking a comprehensive repair and management system to streamline their businesses for maximum efficiency,” said Kristy LaPage, business manager for Mitchell 1’s commercial vehicle group. “We are pleased to offer this powerful end-to-end business solution to the truck repair industry to help shop owners simplify everyday tasks and improve overall productivity.”

The detailed overview of business activities and performance offered by Manager SE Truck Edition gives shops greater control and visibility to track vehicle repairs through every step of the process to be sure they are on schedule and contributing to the bottom line. Additionally, when combined with the optional ProPack customer communication toolbox, truck repair shops can quickly and easily build custom inspection worksheets specific to their needs.
