Safety gear company MCR Safety acquires U.S. Safety

The acquisition includes the operations in the United States as well as its subsidiary, Parmelee Ltd, based in the United Kingdom.

MCR Safety, a leading manufacturer of safety gear, announced the acquisition of U.S. Safety (Parmelee Industries) of Lenexa, Kansas. The acquisition includes the operations in the United States as well as its subsidiary, Parmelee Ltd, based in the United Kingdom. U.S. Safety is a manufacturer and supplier of prescription safety eyewear as well as other PPE products.
