Accuride debuts new products at IAA Transportation 2024 show

The company will be featuring forged aluminum wheels, a new steel truck and trailer wheel, and solutions for electric vehicles.

Accuride is presenting several newly redesigned products at the 2024 IAA Transportation show, including a new range of forged aluminum wheels, a new steel wheel for trucks and trailers, and new electrified vehicle solutions.

“For us at Accuride, IAA Transportation is the leading trade fair in our industry,” said Alexander John, president of Accuride Wheels Europe & Asia. “New concepts and product technologies will change the future of our industry in terms of design, durability, sustainability, and unit costs per wheel.”

The new range of aluminum wheels is designed to offer TPMS compatibility and improved durability, the company reported. Meanwhile, the steel wheels will represent a new design for 22.5 x 11.75 wheels, which use HSLA (High Strength, Low Allow) steel. The company stated that the steel wheels will have a target weight of about 79 lbs. (36 kg).

Finally, the electrified wheel solutions will also aim to feature low product weight and higher nominal loads for upcoming electric vehicles and updated drivetrain designs. Accuride will be in Hall 26, Booth E45 during the event.
