Tire Group International (TGI) recently demonstrated its new Cosmo GripIt XT light truck tire at a ride-and-drive event, the Kool Kat Adventure Peru 2025. The event hosted over 100 guests from the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean, all of which "share the same passion for marketing the Cosmo brand,” said TGI officials.
To test the Cosmo GripIt, the Kool Kat Adventure ran the tire through anexclusive desert test track designed by TGI.
"The GripIt easily tackled every obstacle and challenging terrain we threw its way and left me feeling in total control due to the exceptional performance and handling,” said Levi Weaver of Import/Export Tires, while Allen Mott of Allen Rubber says the Cosmo GripIt “performed flawlessly, from handling the sandy terrain to mud. Cosmo has a winner with this product.”
The event also saw guests strap into “high-performance side-by-sides driven by professional guides for extreme desert rides, carving through an additional five-mile sand track built exclusively for the event," TGI officials said. "ATVs offered even more changes to explore the dunes."
"Cosmo Tires is honored to have hosted such a wonderful and dedicated group of partners,” said TGI CEO Tony Gonzalez. “We are more excited than ever about the future as we continue growing our lifestyle brand together.”
