RevHD pushes ‘maintenance made simple’ with technician-first wheel-end designs
NASHVILLE—RevHD highlighted their new and existing wheel-end components at the 2026 TMC Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition, all made to reduce installation errors and simplify service with an overall theme of "maintenance made simple", putting a focus on technician-friendly designs that can improve uptime and consistency in the shop.
At the show, the company showcased its half-stand bearing sets, engineered to work across both manually and pre-adjusted wheel-end systems. By offering a single solution compatible across hub types and selling bearings in matched sets, the design aims to eliminate confusion in mixed fleets and reduce the risk of guesswork and improper installation.
The company also highlighted its wheel seal design, which addresses the issue of improper installation, which is one of the most common causes of premature failure.
More broadly, RevHD is focused on designing components that account for real-world service conditions and technician variability.
“We focus on the innovation of each product and trying to make it easier to install, safer to install, and safer for the road," said Brian Beathard, founder of RevHD, "taking all the human error elements out of a product so that the technician, shop manager, and fleet manager can know that every RevHD product they put in is being put in securely and correctly.”
The approach extends across its wheel-end portfolio, including hubcaps, locking nuts, and spacers, with features aimed at durability and ease of service. The company also offers a 30-minute training program covering installation best practices, with extended warranty coverage tied to completion.
"I think what manufacturers need to focus on is making products that are truly simple, truly easier to put in," Beathard continued, "and that take away that human error element that [manufacturers] know based on their expertise of the product they make is a common factor in mistakes out in the field."
