The Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide has been honored with two Automotive Communications Awards.

The MACS Worldwide blog located at http://www.macsworldwide.wordpress.com was honored as the best business to business blog in the automotive aftermarket.  An article titled, Volt Cooling Overview by ACTION  editor Jim Taylor from the May 2011 issue of MACS ACTION magazine was honored as best business to business technical article.

The awards were presented during the Car Care Council Women’s Board reception, which took place Tues., Nov. 1, at the Sands Expo Center during the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX).

“MACS is proud to have been recognized with these awards for our mobile A/C and engine cooling technical content,” remarked Elvis Hoffpauir, MACS president and COO.

“MACS has embraced both traditional and social media to serve our industry’s need for accurate and timely technical editorial and we’re proud to have been recognized for these efforts.”

The Automotive Communications Awards are sponsored by the Car Care Council Women’s Board and supported by the Automotive Communication Council. The awards applaud companies/agencies that provide automotive information through outstanding advertising, marketing and public relations efforts.
