    Tridako Energy Systems’ HC5128 PowerCube auxiliary power unit is a compact unit that requires less frame rail space is required for installation. Its unique radiator/condenser design means no third piece is mounted on the back of the cab. This APU provides 24,000 BTU for air conditioning and 30,000 BTU for heating. Desired air temperatures are reached quickly with the APU’s 600 cfm blower. Power is provided by a C0.5 Li CAT 2-cylinder engine. At 6,000 watts, the Markon generator also delivers electric power for all hotel loads. PowerCube APU’s are an independent system, isolated from a truck’s systems.
